Music & Movement Dance with Paulette
If you are the type of person who loves to dance, this class is for you!
One hour of movement where there is no right or wrong. No dance experience required.
In Music & Movement class you will experience – movement, laughter and hopefully a lot of fun!
So, take 60 minutes of your busy week for you.
We will let the world outside disappear for an hour.
Bring: Bottle of water. Yoga mat, indoor shoes, Optional: small towel.
